Intergenerational Project 2016

Yet again another very successful Intergenerational Project with four local Primary schools : Sion Mills Primary, St. Columba’s Primary, Clady, St. Theresa’s Primary, Glebe and  St. Eugene’s Primary, Victoria Bridge. There were 48 participants in total and each pair [Grandparent and grandchild] created their own bespoke Standing Sculpture.

None of the participants had used Paverpol before and were amazed at the simplicity of producing a piece of art out of a T-Shirt! I do believe Paverpol has Awakened the Artist within all of them!

Many thanks to the Principals of the four schools for inviting Urney Creations to facilitate this worthwhile experience and indeed to all who took part for their patience, time and humour!

I look forward to meeting up again in the not so distant future!
