St. Mary's P.S. Workshop, Draperstown, March 9th

After a wet, cloudy journey through The Sperrins we finally arrived at our destination, St. Mary’s Primary School,Ballinascreen. A very warm welcome was given first by Briege and then Corinne. Soon the group gathered!

Once set up and the room ready Anna and I headed to the staffroom for a well deserved cuppa. Then wow, Anne arrived with her ‘baking treats’. It was hard to tear ourselves away and get the workshop started……..but creativity calls!!

Everyone soon settled down to a day of inspiration and fun!

Their creations were amazing and soon the ladies were thinking out loud on how they could introduce this newly found craft into their classroom teaching.

Looking forward to seeing the fruits of their labour!
